In March 2018, CDL’s 861-unit The Tapestry emerged as the top-selling private residential project in Singapore. As of 22 April 2018, 363 units (or more than 80% of the 450 units released) have been sold. All unit types have enjoyed a good take-up rate, in particular the one- and two-bedroom types.
