Highlights include hearty mains such as good ol’ Fish & Chips, the very delicious Impossible Patty Truffle Swiss Burger with melted cheese and garlic mushroom truffle.

Pictured is the Iberico Pork Muffin. Think six-hour wood-smoked Iberico pork neck, pomery mustard, red cabbage and lemon aioli on a grilled English muffin.

The signature Hida A5 Truffle Donburi uses Black Cow’s speciality, a Kanto-style Sukiyaki sweet sauce to lightly cook the Wagyu beef. The meat is paired with Hokkaido-sourced organic rice and topped with freshly-shaved seasonal black truffles. From now till August, Black Cow will include Australian Manjimup black truffles in this very special off-the-menu rice bowl.
