The hotel was named ‘Best Hotel in Service’ in recognition of its exceptional service since the hotel’s opening, and won ‘Best PR Case — Silver Award’ for its 10th Anniversary Celebration that took place earlier this year.
The ‘Best PR Case’ awards are a new addition to the awards categories, and the hotel was in the top seven case studies that were shortlisted. After a presentation by Grand Millennium Beijing’s Director of Sales & Marketing Mr Steve Zheng, Director of Engineering Ms Nancy Bai, and Director of Marketing Communications Ms Music Yin to the panel of judges, the hotel beat out five others to clinch the Silver Award.
In its eighth year, the China Hotel Awards are organised by Chinese publication LifeStyle. It is one of the most popular hotel awards in the Greater China region, and honours hotels and hoteliers who have contributed outstandingly to the hospitality industry.
